About Mrs Worthington 

Mrs Worthington is delighted to be teaching Year 1 and is looking forward to sharing a fun, exciting and nurturing year with her class. She is passionate about helping every child grow in confidence, develop a love of learning and enjoy new experiences each day.

Outside of school, Mrs Worthington enjoys spending quality time with her family, walking her dog, reading, keeping active at the gym and camping. She also loves supporting her two sons at football and watching her daughter compete in gymnastics.

Mrs Worthington's favourite place is Tenerife, where she has enjoyed family holidays since she was 12 years old. One of her most memorable adventures was visiting Niagara Falls after travelling around Canada. She especially loves autumn, with its beautiful colours, crisp walks and, of course, Halloween!

Knowledge Organisers & Newsletters

At Ash Green, we value our curriculum and want to keep you informed about your child’s learning. Each half term, we will upload a newsletter explaining what your child will be learning in every subject. These newsletters will also include important dates, events, and exciting activities to look forward to.

The newsletters are a great way for you to talk with your child about their learning and support them with extra activities at home. Don’t forget to check Class Dojo for homework rewards and incentives too!
