Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is committed to ensuring that Ash Green Community Primary School is a place where every child can 'Learn to Live, Live to Learn!' Guided by our eight core values, the team works closely with staff, pupils, parents, carers and governors to create a safe, happy and inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to achieve their very best.

The SLT leads the strategic direction of the school, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing, and ensuring every decision reflects our commitment to respect, kindness, resilience and excellence. By working together with our whole school community, we strive to provide an ambitious education that enables every child to flourish academically, socially, morally, spiritually and culturally, preparing them for a successful future.
